Abbott roll grinder rebuild results in higher geometric accuracy, higher grinding output, shorter grinding times, uniform contact with the roll on both a rising and falling curve; without gears; without backlash.

Electrics and CNC-Control Retrofit for an existing roll grinder includes the following:

Build and install a new CNC electric panel in a new NEMA enclosure. Cabinet is air-conditioned. Provide and install a new GE/FANUC 160i series CNC grinding control with the following functions.
